INDIAN CAPABILITY. GLOBAL STANDARDS.

Leveraging the India advantage, without the usual risk.

India’s manufacturing ecosystem gives global buyers access to high-quality components at competitive costs. Capturing that advantage takes careful supplier selection, quality control and local coordination.

Global sourcing looks good on the spreadsheet until:

  • Your supplier goes silent for three weeks.
  • Quality issues appear only after parts arrive.
  • Production delays disrupt your launch timeline.
  • You have no one to hold accountable.

That's where Prime comes in. We manage your sourcing programme from supplier selection through to delivery.

Over three decades, we’ve built and maintained relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers across India. As your single point of contact, we take full ownership of your India supply chain, so you're not left managing a maze of vendors on your own.

Our leadership brings 100+ years of combined global purchasing experience, with deep roots in the Indian manufacturing ecosystem. We help OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers unlock double-digit savings, get to market faster, and build a stronger bottom line without compromising on quality.
